Just a One-Night Stand
‘Just a one-night stand’ is the first novel I have submitted for publication. Being a romance reader myself, I tried to write what I found appealing in a lesbian romance: complex, vibrant characters with a rich inner life and a plot that blends humour with social issues. I like to anchor my characters in a culture that goes beyond their queer identity, and give them a sense of belonging. It is my intention to provide my readers with a satisfying experience and to give them as much pleasure as I derived from creating the world in which my characters search for love and sensual fulfilment.
